We are a very busy 4 star country inn, in the heart of Perthshire.

We are currently looking for a good all round Chef to cover holidays, August to September. The role would be two days as Head Chef which would allow the candidate so show flair on our daily specials, the other two days would be working along side the Head Chef or Sous Chef depending on holiday cover.

The contract would be 4 days a week for approx 4/5 weeks.

The candidate must be able to step into the role of a head chef as well as Sous & Pastry.

The Kitchen operate a split shift system, 0930-1500 & 1730-2130

Live in accommodation is available in our staff flat.

Salary will be on a pro rata basis and is depending on experience.
