I am a busy, hard working, professional, seeking a flat mate to share (with myself and another tenant) my generously sized Victorian flat which occupies the first and top floors of a divided villa. The house is very close to Dundee city centre and both universities. Ninewells is a short 10 min drive.

The accommodation on the first floor includes a lovely large open plan lounge with views of the Tay, cable TV, PC with broadband and a brand new kitchen diner with all mod cons including a dishwasher. Also on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a newly fitted shower room and laundry room. There are a further two double bedrooms upstairs.

There is one double room available for £350 per month including all bills (council tax, electricity, cable, broadband etc) except telephone calls.
